Warranty and Returns

Twister Audio offers a 1-year limited warranty on products purchased directly from our official site or any authorized Twister Audio retailer. This warranty is available to the original purchaser and is designed to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products. Should any issues arise, we strive to resolve them promptly.

Important Note: Warranties are non-transferable. If you sell or purchase from a third-party reseller, the warranty will be void.

What is Covered by the Warranty?

Twister Audio’s 1-Year Limited Warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship. If any manufacturing flaws or defects become apparent during the warranty period, we will address and correct them immediately.

What is Not Covered?

The following circumstances are not covered by Twister Audio’s warranty:

• Damage caused by drops, impact, or foreign objects.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling (including damage to items due to poor packaging during returns).
• Damage due to incorrect installation.
• Damage resulting from using the product outside of its recommended specifications (e.g., overpowering speakers or subwoofers, or operating an amplifier below a 1-ohm load).
• Damage caused by distortion, clipping, or improper tuning.
• Products that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
• Theft.
• Items purchased from unauthorized dealers.
• Repeated returns of the same item with the same damage, indicating abuse.

Twister Audio thoroughly inspects all returned items to determine if they qualify for warranty coverage. Our professional audio team rigorously tests each returned product to identify the cause of malfunction. Twister Audio reserves the right to make the final determination on warranty coverage based on the criteria above.

If your product is found to be faulty and falls within our warranty guidelines, it will be replaced within two years of purchase. The return policy may vary for products purchased within 30 days, depending on where they were purchased.

Qualified warranty items may be replaced with reconditioned devices of equivalent quality. In cases where a product has been discontinued, Twister Audio reserves the right to substitute it with the most comparable model available.

We aim to process and resolve claims as quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours. However, we request that you allow 3 to 5 business days from the date your item arrives at our facility for testing and resolution.
